Senior IT Service Technician | Senior IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves supporting central IT operations as the primary on-site representative for users across more than 50 locations in and around Bonn, ensuring the digital readiness of the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The Senior IT Service Technician will be responsible for processing incidents and requests related to PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN systems, adhering strictly to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and meticulously documenting all actions in the ticketing system. Key responsibilities include participating in IT infrastructure projects, conducting DGUV V3 inspections, and contributing to quality assurance measures like LAN documentation. The ideal candidate must have a completed 3-year vocational IT training (e.g., IT Systems Electrician), possess a Class B driving license, and demonstrate fluent German language skills, alongside strong communication, initiative, and customer orientation.
