Job Summary

This Senior IT Service Technician role, based in Bonn or Euskirchen, involves supporting the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) as a primary digitalization partner. Day-to-day tasks include acting as the on-site representative for users, handling incidents and requests related to PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN systems, and ensuring compliance with Service Levels. The role requires comprehensive documentation in a ticketing system, participation in IT infrastructure projects, and conducting DGUV V3 inspections. Candidates must have a completed 3-year IT vocational training (e.g., IT Systems Electronics Technician), at least two years of relevant professional experience, and fluent German skills.
