Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking technical responsibility for all IT systems and processes across the corporate group. The Head of IT Administration and Infrastructure will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the continuous strengthening of IT security, building a resilient infrastructure compliant with standards like NIS2, and guaranteeing the availability, security, and integrity of corporate data and networks. Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and continuously developing IT systems, optimizing and standardizing IT processes for efficiency, and managing the IT budget and resources. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field, possesses extensive professional experience in a comparable IT leadership position, and has profound knowledge of infrastructure, networking, system architectures, and cloud environments. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented action, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both German and English.
