Job Summary

The Federal Railway Authority (EBA) is seeking a dedicated Specialist for Emergency and Crisis Management/Business Continuity Management (BCM) to join its leadership staff in Bonn. This critical role involves developing, creating, and updating emergency and crisis plans, manuals, and concepts in accordance with BSI Standard 200-4, and implementing federal government guidelines for maintaining state functions. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing training and exercises, conducting risk analyses, and coordinating BCM measures with civil defense planning. The specialist will also serve as the EBA's BCM Officer, coordinating with external partners and participating in the Crisis Staff. Candidates must have a relevant university degree (FH Diploma/Bachelor) in fields like Economics, Administrative Sciences, or Industrial Engineering, or possess eligibility for the higher non-technical administrative service.
