Job Summary

The Complaint Management Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive processing of internal and external complaints, serving as a central interface to drive continuous improvement in product quality and reliability. Daily tasks include independently handling and documenting complaints, coordinating corrective and preventive measures (CAPA) with relevant departments (Production, Engineering), and conducting thorough root cause analyses to implement sustainable solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, ideally within the medical technology sector, coupled with excellent communication skills in both German (C2) and English (C1) to efficiently manage feedback and initiate change requests or new developments. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possesses a 'Zero Defect' mentality, and has at least three years of experience in complaint handling, contributing significantly to maintaining high quality standards in a dynamic, international environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed Engineering Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Electrical Engineering, Software Development, or comparable field. Ideally in the medical technology environment. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 is desirable.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in complaint handling or customer support, preferably in medical technology
  • Professional experience in coordinating and implementing corrective and preventive measures
  • Experience in conducting root cause analyses and initiating sustainable problem solutions
