Job Summary

This role is essential for building and maintaining strong partner relationships, contributing significantly to the digitization of services for citizens, customers, authorities, and companies. The Partner Manager acts as the crucial link between external partners and internal departments, including Sales, Product/Project Management, and IT Services. Day-to-day responsibilities involve actively building and optimizing partner management processes, coordinating the onboarding of new partners, and autonomously managing ongoing partner relationships. Key qualifications include a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in customer or partner support. The ideal candidate possesses a structured, results-oriented approach, strong initiative, and fluency in both German (C1 level) and English.
