Job Summary
This role seeks a Senior Load and Performance Tester to join an intercultural team focused on digital standards and services. The primary responsibility is collaborating closely with development teams to address performance issues, develop solutions, and implement optimizations across an excellent platform. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting various performance tests, including load, stress, and scalability tests, and defining comprehensive test plans. The specialist will create automated test scripts using tools like K6 or JMeter, monitor and analyze system metrics (CPU, memory, network) using Grafana and Prometheus, and identify and document bottlenecks based on test results. The position requires a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least eight years of relevant professional experience, and deep expertise in analyzing complex data structures. This attractive position offers significant flexibility, allowing for up to 100% remote work within Germany.
