Job Summary

TÜV SÜD, a leading international service corporation focused on safety, quality, and sustainability, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and sustainable operation of cable cars and passenger transport systems globally. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating technical documents and safety components, conducting on-site inspections for stability and operational safety both nationally and internationally, and actively contributing to making new risks manageable through innovation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possesses strong knowledge of electrical controls and systems, and is proficient in English. Experience in risk analysis, functional safety, and software testing/cybersecurity is highly desirable. This position requires a high degree of teamwork, customer orientation, and a willingness to travel domestically and abroad, often working in alpine environments.
