Job Summary

This role involves joining the Workplace Team to take product ownership, actively shaping the strategic development, operations, and support processes for IT workplaces serving approximately 85,000 employees globally. The consultant will contribute significantly to designing a modern and future-proof overall architecture for global IT workplaces, working cross-functionally within projects to coordinate the integration of new products and solutions into complex system landscapes. Key responsibilities include evaluating new tools and technologies, such as those in automation and AI, to continuously improve products and platforms, requiring a strong innovation mindset. Candidates should possess a solid technical background, preferably in the design or operation of enterprise IT workplaces, coupled with experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management. A high degree of organization, communication skills, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed IT degree or IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker), or comparable knowledge acquired through practical experience

Experience
