Job Summary

This role is based in Schwalmtal, Germany, within one of Germany's best-known bakery chains, focusing on maintaining a stable and efficient IT environment. The IT System Administrator will be responsible for the comprehensive support and administration of Windows client systems, ensuring smooth operations across the organization. Key daily tasks include managing the entire lifecycle of support tickets (First, Second, and Third-Level Support), troubleshooting system disruptions, and managing user accounts, permissions, and security policies. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with experience in administering servers, clients, and Microsoft 365 environments.
