The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive support and administration of Windows Client systems, ensuring smooth operations and high system availability. Key responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of support—from First- to Third-Level—addressing technical issues, and managing user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
