Job Summary

This part-time (50%) Technical Assistant role, initially fixed-term until September 30, 2026, is based at an internationally successful pharmaceutical company in Upper Swabia. The core responsibilities involve the independent preparation, execution, and evaluation of complex analytical tasks and experimental setups. You will actively contribute to the development and optimization of new methods, perform specialized tasks like troubleshooting, and provide analytical support to various operations. A critical part of the job is ensuring strict compliance with cGMP documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work safety guidelines, alongside maintaining and operating complex analytical devices. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as a Biological or Chemical Laboratory Technician, coupled with several years of experience in a biopharmaceutical laboratory environment, and very strong knowledge of GMP and analytical techniques. The position requires a high degree of flexibility, responsibility, and the willingness to work weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call duties.
