Job Summary

This role involves acting as an Application and Systems Engineer, primarily focused on the administration and support of the OsiSoft / AVEVA PI Process Information System across two plant locations (Louisenthal and Königstein). Day-to-day tasks include close collaboration with IT, production, and technical departments, providing user training and documentation, and driving the new and further development of applications. A key project will be migrating the development environment to Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Process Technology, possesses a strong understanding of data pipelines, databases (MSSQL, MySQL), and industrial processes, and has solid programming skills in C# along with experience in UI frameworks and development tools like Visual Studio and Git.
