Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position based in Vienna with home office flexibility seeks an IT Business Analyst to serve as the critical interface between software development and business stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough process analysis, both internally and for clients, to identify optimization potentials and demonstrate added value. The role involves designing and leading workshops for requirements gathering, defining and documenting clear requirements, and maintaining the team's Kanban board. You will collaborate closely with project teams and specialized departments to ensure requirements are actionable and understood. The ideal candidate holds or is pursuing a degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science, possesses strong analytical skills, and is familiar with both agile (Scrum) and classic (Waterfall) project management methodologies.
