Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a globally leading pharmaceutical and crop protection corporation, operating within an international environment. The Building Services Engineer will be responsible for the technical oversight and coordination of measures related to production facilities. Day-to-day tasks include managing and controlling budgets, leading technical staff, overseeing performance, and ensuring plant safety through compliance checks like TÜV inspections. A key part of the role involves conducting vulnerability analyses, resolving plant malfunctions, and independently performing maintenance and repairs on production systems. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree (Diplom-Ingenieur or Master) in fields such as supply or production technology, possesses fluent German skills, and has professional experience in plant operation or planning, ideally coupled with staff leadership experience.
