Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT Technician to join a dynamic team in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, focusing on maintaining and optimizing the local IT infrastructure. The primary responsibilities include the installation and configuration of IT systems, performing hardware and software troubleshooting, and providing essential 1st and 2nd level support and training to end-users. A key component of the job involves executing IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) services across various locations, documenting all processes and solutions meticulously using tools like Inventox, and handling client system rebuilds and printer setups. Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification, strong foundational knowledge in hardware and software, and proven experience in system administration and ticket processing, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT, preferably as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT Support or System Administration
  • Professional experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support
  • Experience with ticket handling and documentation
  • Experience with installing PCs, notebooks, and printers including functional testing

Languages

German (Basic)
