Job Summary
This role involves providing essential first-level IT support and ensuring the smooth operation of local IT workstations for an established IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include initial support for users regarding IT disruptions and inquiries, managing and operating local IT workplaces (PCs, monitors, peripherals), and handling the setup, installation, relocation, and replacement of IT hardware. The specialist will also assist with the operation of printers and scanners, and contribute to supporting the local IT infrastructure, including systems like Windows Server, NetApp, USV, and Cisco, as well as patching systems according to specifications. Key qualifications include completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, strong hardware knowledge, and a basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts. The position requires a customer-oriented, service-focused approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
