Job Summary

The Senior Executive Protection Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the physical safety and security of SAP Board Members and their families, managing high-complexity travel, event, and life safety operations. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing detailed security programs, driving operational excellence, and executing multiple projects across organizational boundaries. The specialist will plan and coordinate personal protection at facilities, residences, during travel (ground and air), and at off-site events. Key tasks include conducting pre-travel threat analyses, planning safe itineraries, coordinating with international authorities, and implementing emergency plans for events. This role requires the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to the Board, leveraging extensive experience in personal protection or related fields like military or law enforcement, alongside fluency in both German and English.
