Job Summary
This critical role involves acting as the client's representative (Bauherr) for essential infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on bridge, road, and sewer construction. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end management of construction measures, including detailed planning, coordination, and on-site supervision. Key tasks include ensuring strict adherence to cost, quality, and schedule parameters, managing the tendering process for engineering and construction services according to VOB and HOAI regulations, and overseeing the maintenance and documentation of existing structures. Candidates must hold a university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Civil Engineering and possess fundamental knowledge of relevant technical standards, contract law, and proficiency in applications like MS Office and GIS. This position offers a secure, permanent, full-time contract within a supportive team environment, governed by public sector pay scales (TVöD).

Experience
