Job Summary

This critical role seeks a qualified Civil Engineer to manage the planning, coordination, and supervision of complex infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on bridge, road, and sewer construction. The successful candidate will act as the client representative, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initial planning through site acceptance. Key responsibilities include rigorous cost, quality, and deadline control, managing the procurement and awarding of engineering and construction services in accordance with VOB and HOAI regulations, and performing maintenance on existing structures. Applicants must hold a completed degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor or equivalent) and possess fundamental knowledge of German technical standards, contract law, and procurement procedures. Proficiency in standard IT applications, including MS Office and GIS, is essential. This position offers a secure, permanent full-time employment contract, flexible working hours, and compensation based on the TVöD public sector tariff.
