Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing and developing the Corporate IT team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's internal application landscape and Office IT, both remotely and in the Berlin office. The Team Lead will plan, structure, and successfully execute IT projects, while maintaining operational responsibility for internal assets including laptops, hardware, and software services built on OpenStack and Kubernetes. A key focus is on automation and process improvement using DevOps tools like Gitlab CI/CD, Puppet, and Terraform. Candidates must bring initial leadership experience, strong project management skills, multi-year experience with Linux/Unix systems, and proficiency in evaluating scripting languages (Python, Bash) within a Linux environment. The position requires a service-oriented approach, a passion for documentation, and the ability to continuously optimize internal processes.
