Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent position starting March 1, 2026, within the "System Control & Secondary Technology" department, focusing on managing projects related to Electrical, Measurement, Control, and Regulation (EMSR) technology for photovoltaic (PV) and heating systems. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, construction management, and commissioning of systems in municipal, commercial, and residential environments. Key responsibilities involve designing and documenting power supply and control systems according to standards, performing PV system calculations and simulations (including shading analysis and integration with storage), and managing project budgets and resources. Candidates must possess an engineering degree (e.g., Electrical or Energy Technology) or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with significant professional experience, particularly in project management and ideally in process engineering or photovoltaics. This role requires strong organizational skills, client orientation, and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders, making it ideal for an experienced engineer seeking a stable, impactful role in sustainable energy infrastructure.

Required Skills

Education
