Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Service Technician to join a successful, nationwide IT service provider based in Barleben. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential IT support, including the installation of hardware and software according to specifications, participating in rollouts and staging activities, and performing crucial first and second-level support directly for end-users on-site. A key aspect of the role involves analyzing and resolving errors and malfunctions in close coordination with users.
