Job Summary

This role involves serving as an IoT Service Technician, focusing on the technical stability and maintenance of intelligent, connected systems for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring IoT sensor systems, analyzing disturbance patterns within Operational Technology (OT) network environments, and resolving technical issues related to the IoT infrastructure directly at customer sites. The technician will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation regarding Internet of Things implementations and managing the configuration of OT network components. Key qualifications include a background in IT, such as a degree in IT or System Integration specialization, coupled with several years of professional experience as an IoT technician in an onsite capacity. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of IoT sensor technology, networking, and platforms, along with practical experience in implementing IoT services.
