Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Electrical Engineer seeking to contribute to the future of energy infrastructure as part of a leading regional distribution grid operator in Eastern Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous maintenance and development of the grid control system and network/system security management, ensuring stability and future viability. Day-to-day tasks include managing central control technology, updating data models via image and data maintenance with Bit-Tests, and acting as a central contact person for the team. You will also actively participate in digitalization and automation projects for grid operation, and optimize network processes and technical interfaces. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field, professional experience in network control technology, and familiarity with network calculation software like PowerFactory. This position offers a 38-hour work week, 30 days of vacation, and significant professional development opportunities.
