Job Summary

The Training Manager will play a crucial role in modernizing and developing the existing training system for a specialized pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This position involves close collaboration with departmental and team leaders across all areas of pharmaceutical production to plan, organize, and execute internal and external training sessions. Key responsibilities include analyzing current processes, identifying improvements, creating structured training and onboarding plans, and designing engaging training materials for both in-person and digital formats. The ideal candidate must possess an academic degree in Communication or Natural Sciences, professional experience in pharmaceutical or medical device production, and strong knowledge of GxP regulations and ISO 13485. Success in this role requires a structured, results-oriented approach, a hands-on mentality, and excellent communication skills in both German and English, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, practice-oriented training simulations and maintaining a structured knowledge base.
