Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Federal Agency for Real Estate (BImA) in Erfurt by focusing on the technical and sustainable operations of complex federal properties. The Operations Manager will be responsible for preparing sustainable technical building operations, developing operational concepts, and overseeing operational monitoring. Key daily tasks include coordinating operator responsibilities, ensuring operational safety of technical systems, and drafting specifications for technical services. The position also requires planning, coordinating, and executing construction and value-improvement measures on technical installations in collaboration with various management teams. Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant technical field (such as Facility Management or Electrical Engineering) and comprehensive knowledge of technical building management and relevant industry standards (VDI, DIN, etc.).
