Job Summary
This role is ideal for a currently enrolled student in Biology, Medicine, or a comparable field, seeking part-time experience in research-focused data management within a clinical setting (Vascular and Endovascular Surgery). The Student Assistant will be crucial in maintaining, updating, and ensuring the quality of research-based patient databases. Daily tasks include data collection, performing plausibility checks, identifying and correcting errors, and standardizing data sets for ongoing research projects. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in Excel for structured tables and basic analysis, and a reliable approach to handling sensitive research data. This is a 24-month fixed-term contract offering flexible working hours (8 hours/week) and the opportunity to gain relevant professional experience in data-driven research support.
