Job Summary

This is a challenging, full-time opportunity for an experienced leader to join KLK EMMERICH GmbH, a key part of the international KLK OLEO group, as the General Manager of Operations in Emmerich am Rhein. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production operates in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, focusing heavily on SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), cost efficiency, and quality targets. Day-to-day tasks include resource planning (personnel, raw materials, and facilities), conducting efficiency and bottleneck analyses, and leading optimization and modification projects to achieve process improvements and cost minimization. The role requires a degree in Chemistry or Engineering Sciences, at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the chemical industry, and strong leadership skills, ideally coupled with logistics management experience.
