Job Summary

This role involves ensuring sustainable quality assurance within a leading international technology driver in industrial 3D printing and Additive Manufacturing. The Metrology Technician will be responsible for operating and programming advanced 3D coordinate measuring machines (both tactile and optical). Key daily tasks include defining measurement strategies, evaluating measuring and testing equipment, and planning/creating measurement procedures. The ideal candidate must possess a successful technical vocational qualification and several years of professional experience in measurement and testing technology, coupled with excellent knowledge of optical or tactile measuring systems and 3D scanners. Furthermore, the role requires advanced knowledge of quality methods (such as 8D, FMEA, AUKOM) and quality management standards (like ISO 9001), offering a challenging opportunity to contribute to the future of industrial production through high-precision systems.
