This role involves providing first-class service and support to B2B clients utilizing a cloud-based E-Recruiting and applicant management solution. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, conducting comprehensive customer onboarding, and leading product training sessions, especially online, to ensure new customers are successfully engaged and proficient with the platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be comfortable with MS Office applications, and be generally internet-savvy.
