Job Summary
This Helpdesk Specialist position involves providing essential B2B customer support for a cloud-based E-Recruiting and applicant management solution. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing the department to meet customer needs, handling support inquiries via phone and email, and managing the customer journey through onboarding and product training. A key responsibility is engaging new clients and conducting compelling online training sessions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, internet affinity, and proficiency in MS Office applications. While commercial or technical/trade training is preferred, career changers with comparable experience are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a permanent, full-time or part-time role offering intensive training and a modern office environment.
