This leadership role involves managing the User Service and System Administration departments within the City of Troisdorf's ICT office, a dynamic municipality situated between Cologne and Bonn. The successful candidate will be crucial in shaping the city's digital infrastructure, ensuring smooth IT operations, and maintaining high standards of IT security, data protection, and system resilience for the entire municipal administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical and organizational leadership of the teams, managing IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, VMware), overseeing complex IT projects (agile, classic, hybrid), and handling public procurement processes for IT acquisitions.
