Job Summary
This role is perfect for an experienced electrical professional looking to advance the renewable energy transition by maintaining and repairing onshore wind turbines in Sweden. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently troubleshooting wind turbines, conducting detailed fault analyses, performing planned and preventive maintenance, and participating in major component exchange projects. The role requires a background in electrical engineering, specific experience servicing wind turbines (preferably GE 1.X and 2.X platforms), and a high degree of quality awareness. Successful candidates must be fluent in English and possess a Class B driving license. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the chance to work autonomously within a motivated team dedicated to sustainable energy solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Professional training in the electrical engineering sector (Electrician, Power Electronics System, or Mechatronic Engineer)
Experience
- Professional experience as a service technician for wind turbines
- Experience in servicing GE wind turbines
- Experience working on GE2.X and GE1.X platforms
