Job Summary

This role offers a central position in the technical management and development of electrical systems and telecontrol technology within the renewable energy sector. You will balance hands-on field operations with conceptual tasks, focusing on the integration of modern SCADA and communication systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the maintenance and troubleshooting of substations, grid stations, and renewable energy plants (wind/solar), as well as coordinating external service providers and ensuring compliance with VDE standards. On the automation side, you will set up communication infrastructures, perform signal tests, and manage VPN/router configurations. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of field work and technical system design. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical training as an Electrical Technician, Master Craftsman (Meister), or a Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in high and medium voltage technology and power grid operations
  • Experience in interpreting circuit diagrams and performing error diagnostics
  • Practical experience in telecontrol technology, network configuration, and SCADA integration
  • Experience in coordinating external service providers and third-party contractors
  • Experience in the maintenance of substations or transformer stations is preferred
