Job Summary

This role involves providing critical technical support for users at customer locations in Cologne, focusing heavily on Windows and macOS environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling Second and Third Level Support for Windows Clients/Servers, and First/Second Level support across Windows 10/11, macOS, standard software (Microsoft, Adobe), proprietary applications, and various hardware including Macs, PCs, iPhones, and printers. You will manage incident and IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) tickets using ITSM tools like ServiceNow and coordinate small infrastructure projects within the Windows environment. Key qualifications include a completed IT education, several years of practical experience in hardware and software support, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft OS/software (M365, Teams) and Apple systems (macOS, iOS). Experience with Endpoint Management solutions (SCCM, Jamf Pro, Intune) and scripting (Shell/Apple Script) is essential, making this an ideal role for a dedicated, service-oriented IT professional.
