Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the electrical safety and preventing fire hazards in various electrical systems, with a focus on general electrical installations, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and lightning protection systems. The Electrical Engineering Technician will independently conduct testing in the field of explosion protection and perform initial and recurring inspections of fixed electrical systems and operating equipment. A key part of the job is also conducting recurring inspections of portable electrical devices. Candidates must have a successful qualification as a certified technician or master in electrical engineering or equivalent, coupled with several years of professional experience in the installation or operation of electrical systems. Experience in testing electrical systems and equipment is highly desirable. The position requires strong knowledge of electrical engineering standards, specifically concerning the establishment of electrical systems, network types, and protection measures, along with confident communication and assertiveness.
