Job Summary

This role involves supporting the smooth operation of the Parliament of Saxony-Anhalt by joining the modern IT and Communications (IuK) team within the Infrastructure department. The specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive administration, configuration, monitoring, and strategic development of the central server and client infrastructure, including ensuring IT server and client operations and implementing new security standards. Key tasks also include managing complex virtualization environments, handling contract and license management, and leading the integration and system maintenance of specialized IT procedures and software applications (including databases and operating systems). Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and consent to an expanded security clearance (Ü 2).
