Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key liaison for IT procedure support staff within the Office for Information Technology (AIT) and various working groups across Northern Germany. The specialist will primarily manage the technical environment coordination, including maintaining user access rights, configuring database environments, and coordinating installation, configuration, and testing activities across state-level IT systems. A significant part of the job focuses on technically coordinating IT-based training for the tax administration, which includes setting up training platforms, managing user accounts, and administering test cases. Candidates must possess a degree in IT or a comparable field, or extensive professional experience, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills, and an affinity for IT. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Information Technology, or a university degree as a Certified Administrative Specialist (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt), Certified Financial Specialist (Diplom-Finanzwirt), Business Administrator (Betriebswirt), or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in information technology or comparable fields
