Job Summary
This role is a crucial communicative and technical interface for the operation of the KoPers personnel administration and payroll system for the state of Schleswig-Holstein. Day-to-day, you will be monitoring KoPers clients, planning and coordinating system installations and conversions with external service providers and state departments, and ensuring quality and timely task completion. You'll also be responsible for creating and updating architectural plans and client documentation, as well as managing production, testing, and release processes for the KoPers system. This position offers a diverse range of tasks within a supportive team environment, focusing on IT automation and information technology for the tax administration and other state functions, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to contribute to significant digital transformation.
Required Skills
Education
Civil service qualification for career group 2.1 in General Administration or comparable, or a completed degree (Bachelor, Master) in IT Management, Administrative or Business Informatics, or Business Administration.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT with comparable tasks, if not possessing a relevant degree
- Professional experience in technical setup of a personnel administration and payroll system (desirable)
- Basic knowledge of SQL database language (desirable)
- Knowledge of KoPers specialized procedure (desirable)
- Experience with project management software In-Step (desirable)
