Job Summary

This role involves driving the strategic development of a competence center by actively contributing new ideas and structuring, visualizing, and enhancing existing processes. The Process Manager is responsible for initiating and steering continuous improvement measures for workflows and procedures. A key part of the job is designing and implementing training, coaching, and learning formats to effectively transfer knowledge, alongside managing documentation within the Business Management System (BMS). Candidates must possess a technical degree or relevant vocational training combined with professional experience in process management, excellent knowledge of Lean Management, and proficiency in Jira and Confluence. This position offers an opportunity to work at the renowned Airbus site in Manching, contributing to the development and testing of aircraft and flight systems.
