Job Summary

This role involves managing and coordinating military IT services, primarily those with civilian usage, within a defense context. The professional will be responsible for the technical, personnel, and economic implementation of service provision coordination, ensuring continuous processing of requirements and orders. Key responsibilities include supporting the department head in creating specialized expertise regarding IT operations, coordinating the development of assigned ICT services, and establishing guidelines for emergency management and IT resilience (disaster recovery/business continuity). A successful candidate must possess Austrian citizenship, a technical high school diploma (Reifeprüfung) in Informatics or Technical Informatics, and foundational IT knowledge.
