Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Software & Data Science team as a Senior Network Engineer, transforming complex data into actionable insights and creating cutting-edge solutions. The role involves proactively ensuring network performance, system availability, and reliability, while providing expert technical support for network operations. Day-to-day tasks include implementing cost-effective network solutions across the organization, providing expert knowledge for network security tools (firewalls, IPS, ACLs), and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams on technical designs. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field, possesses hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level networks, and is proficient in routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and firewall technologies (Forcepoint, Cisco, PaloAlto). Strong troubleshooting skills, including experience with Wireshark, and fluency in English are essential for success in this dynamic role, which also requires participation in a 24x7 on-call support rotation.
