Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for emergency lighting systems across Vienna and its surrounding districts. The ideal candidate is technically proficient in electrical and network technology, possesses a completed education in Electrical Engineering or Electronics (e.g., apprenticeship or technical college), and is comfortable with direct customer interaction and consultation. Day-to-day tasks include performing system commissioning, networking plant systems, documenting service activities within an ERP system, and supporting sales efforts.
