Job Summary
This role is ideal for a skilled Instrumentation and Control Technician responsible for the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of electrical, measurement, control, and instrumentation systems within process technology plants. Day-to-day tasks include performing electrical connection work on processing equipment, troubleshooting faults in process control systems, and optimizing control and regulation devices on the facilities. The technician will also independently manage and execute smaller projects. Key qualifications include a completed professional apprenticeship as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, coupled with initial professional experience in the field, particularly strong knowledge in instrumentation and control technology, and familiarity with fault analysis using systems like SIMATIC PCS7/S7.
