Job Summary
This critical role involves the technical and organizational management of digital infrastructure projects, specifically focused on modernizing municipal schools and daycares. The engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, budget, and timely implementation of digital infrastructure measures across all phases of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). Key daily tasks include the planning, tendering, and awarding of construction and maintenance projects within electrical engineering, along with the organization and execution of necessary maintenance. The position requires steering and monitoring external engineering firms and contractors, performing VOB acceptances, and handling documentation. Furthermore, the incumbent will manage aspects of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) related to Cost Group 400 (DIN 276). Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, possess strong knowledge of VOB, and be proficient in MS Office and ideally AVA software.

Experience
- Professional experience managing digital infrastructure projects

- Experience with VOB acceptance procedures, billing, and documentation
