Job Summary

This critical role involves managing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients across the DACH region. The Electrical Site Manager is responsible for comprehensive project oversight, including planning, supervision, and ensuring the quality of all installation activities on site. Key duties include coordinating external subcontractors, managing project acceptance procedures, and maintaining strict compliance with safety regulations by creating necessary Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in electrical or mechanical fields, coupled with proven experience in construction site management, ideally within plant construction, and practical knowledge of medium-voltage systems. This position offers excellent flexibility, including a company car for private use and home office options, supporting INTILION AG's mission in sustainable energy solutions. Strong organizational skills, high travel readiness, and fluency in German combined with good English skills are essential for success.
