Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Construction Site Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering, focusing on the installation and commissioning of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing the entire installation process, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring stringent quality standards are met, and managing site acceptance procedures. A critical part of the role involves implementing and managing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and documentation, as well as supporting service partners during maintenance. This position offers the flexibility of working from a home office alongside site activities, and requires a professional background in electrical or mechatronic fields, experience in plant construction site management, and familiarity with medium-voltage systems, coupled with strong German and good English skills.
