Job Summary

This role involves managing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients, actively contributing to the energy transition. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and overseeing construction sites from setup to completion, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing site acceptance and handover in collaboration with project management teams. A key focus is maintaining safety standards by managing accident prevention regulations, creating hazard assessments, and handling project-related HSE documentation. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering (Meister, Technician, or degree level) with professional experience in site management, particularly in plant construction and medium-voltage systems, coupled with a passion for renewable energy. This position offers a company car (for private use), flexible home office options, and requires extensive travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region.
