This critical role involves acting as the Lead Electrical Engineer for 50 Hz systems, focusing on the successful implementation of multidisciplinary rail infrastructure projects. The primary responsibility is establishing and developing the department, ensuring efficient planning coordination and structured plan management for electrical systems. Day-to-day duties include coordinating technical problem-solving related to 50 Hz planning, serving as the technical contact person for project managers, and providing technical leadership and development for a small team. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from execution planning through construction, managing plan creation schedules, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring compatibility across all trades. The position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification, coupled with significant professional experience as an electrical or planning engineer, ideally within the context of Deutsche Bahn AG projects, and proven experience in team leadership and contract management.
